at night. It's a tricyclic AD my doc prescribed to help me sleep. I take 50mg an hour before bedtime and it works very well. Good luck!

225mg Effexor and 50mg Doxpein> In regards to your last post, Maximus, about racing thoughts at bedtimne being something else, They are not all bad, i just can't stop thinking about things, good OR bad, one after another, as soon as my head hits the pillow, my mind is wide awake, thinking of so many thoughts they often don't finish, and overlap one another...over the years i've kind of trained my myself to focus on a calming thought....my favorite is a "marshmellow world" hehe, where everything looks pretty much just like one giant white sheet with light outlines...just calming. my mind really becomes like a movie screen when i try and go to sleep. it's only recently where it seems a bit more intense, past couple years. thoughts? i've always thought it to be my adhd.
