Remeron questions

My psych recently started me on remeron for sleep. I take Wellbutrin and Lamictal for depression. I wonder if anyone knows the best dose of remeron for sleep and do the sol-tabs work as well as plain tabs/ So far 15mg does not seem to work but it has only been a couple of days. Thanks
