Geodon, in the a.m. or p.m.? I took it in the am

I got pretty tired. I had to end up going to bed real early that night. So, i was thinking of taking it in the pm. What is the half life? If i take it at night will it do me any good during the day? I'm starting out at 60mg which seems kind of high but i'm trusting the pdoc on that. I was on 1mg of risperdal nightly. So, basically any experiences with Geodon would be greatly apreciated. Thanks
