headaches with effexor please help

I started taking effexor 3 weeks ago. I had been taking celexa for over a year. They weened me off completely of the celexa as of a week ago, I have just been on the effexor. For the past week I have had ongoing headaches soom very extreme. Also I have had bouts of angery spells, I do not have this under normal cercustances. Does anyonr know if the headaches stop?
