Ive been on 400 for a few years and had dificulty going off it. When ever I decreased , I would becone extremely fatigued.
My object ive is to get off lamictal. I want to because I basically want to start fresh with meds and be on as little as possible.
I finally figured out how to do it for me. I was pm dosing 400 everynight.
I am now taking 50 in am, 50 at noon, 50 afternoon and 50 evening.
my body nenver knew i decreased it. In a couple weeks I'm going to change to 25 mg 4x.
Couple more weeks later 25 mg 2x
couple more weeks 25 mg 1x
couple more weeks off.
If you can imediately decrease with no side effects more power to you. I can't get off it withouit a slow taper
