IBS and Effexor???

I have just started effexor XR for about 3 weeks at 75mg. I was prescribed it for anxiety and low blood pressure. So, far the only side effects I have noticed is the yawning decreased sexual drive, and the no appetite. I have now lost 10lbs, and am just not interested in eating, not complaining about that. It is already helping with the anxiety immensely.

However, I do have a question, I have IBS with constipation, and so far I have been noticing it has become worse, not sure if that is due to the effexor?? has anyone else seen this as a side effect, and if so will it subside?
