O yes they s ure can.. they are horrible.... are a female by any chance? if so could it be a period?
I am having alot of anxiety over this darn war! i am having bad dreams about the world ending etc.. and it dont help when i get jehova wittnesses at my door with leaflets ''will the world survive'' and yesterday there was a dark cloud in the sky and it was in a straight line.. i so freaked out about it and been so anxious and feels as if i am going crazy..
Hopefully you got a benzo you can take to help you?
