I'm typing this here because I'm not sure if the people who are having Effexor withdrawal problems were given this info (via their doctor or pharmacist) before they started taking the drug.
This is printed on the sheet of paper that came in my start-up box which contained (7) 37.5 mg pills and (7) 75 mg pills. I read this before I took my first pill so I was aware of what might happen when I stopped taking it.

I've seen SO MANY complaints about Effexor withdrawal symptoms on this board, I'm wondering if people have not gotten this info or if they have not read it. As consumers, we need to be as well informed as we can about a substance before putting it in our bodies. Perhaps there is a big problem with your doctor if you haven't received this important information!
