hello there, chemist here...as you are in a rather unique position to relate the trial experience of new drugs, can you clarify the post a bit, as i am not entirely with you: do you mean you tried a drug that agonises/antagonises dopamine, serotonin, and norepineprine receptors? i am not aware of any neurotransmitter/receptor ``Neo,'' although i do suspect that the character of that name, played by Keanu Reeves in ``The Matrix'' trilogy, sparked more than some activity for many, although i personally preferred ``Trinity.'' movie diversions aside, please do clarify, as if it is NE, then we are presumably looking at a clone of effexor, except with perhaps a stronger bias towards dopamine.....all the best, chemist
