Hmm, I'm not sure what to make of that one... perhaps cortisol levels are high... perhaps a mood stabilizer would help her like trileptal or Depakote or Topamax to balance out her moods.

> Hi all, My Fiancee' has been off Effexor for about a month now. For the first week to two weeks, she had a few bad sympeomts. However those have seemed to go away. She sleeps well now, and doesn't have as many problems. She is regularly very pleasant and happy every morning and during the day.......

She just becomes constantly angry and frsutrated. She becomes so enraged over stuff like me not wiping down the counter, that you can even hear her teeth chattering and see her visibly shaking she is so angry. Eventually I grow defensive and have to defend myself against her nasty attacks, so I tell ehr to stop beign so nasty to me. After a while she turns from anger to dispair, claiming she is a terrible person and saying that she doesn't deserve me and that I am going to have to leave her. This happens EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Then in the morning she seems ok again.
