Question about Lamictal

My doc says Lamictal is good for OCD but I find myself having more OCD symptoms to where I get so aggitated I feel like screaming and running 4 miles.

Is she totally off on this or is Lamictal effective for OCD? I'm going from 125mg to 150mg today.
