From what I read the case was settled, so those wanting a refund on paying a bit more for the same pills can get their money back.

I happen to like the med. It's mild. I don't have any withdrawal if I decrease or miss a pill. When I took it alone, it increased my libido. It does have a calming effect, but not what I would categorize as antianxiety. That's how I knew I was depressed, because I started taking buspar and I started to see colors more brightly and things calmed a bit. Now, when I went on a high dosage, I felt a bit aggitatated. When the Lexapro was added, that went away.
