No, no starter. I've been taking it for about 4 months. I've thought of swithching to the XL to se if there's a differnce, but everytime I switch betwen these different WB formulations there is this lull for about a week where I get NO AD effect. I tried for a day or two and went back. Beta blockers seem to be the deal, I guess I'll just have to play around a bit as usual.
