I am so disappointed to see the downside to Lexapro. I have been on Effexor XR for about 4 years. 150mg. I decided I didn't need it. I got down to 37.5 (mind you horrid withdrawls, nausea, sweats, zaps) and I have not been able to get below that. Now that I have gotten that low for a couple of months, my depression and anxiety has come back. I was hoping Lexapro might be the answer. I don't want to go back to Effexor... I have lost 20lbs since I cut back, not to mention my crazy shopping sprees while I was taking 150...I felt to good! Any suggestions on what to take? I am sick of being sad and down, I have no reason to be...It is crazy. Thanks.
