Hey There,

I've never heard that you have to take a certain dose of Effexor for it to start acting on both Norepinephrine and Dopamine? Who told you this information????

I am on Effexor XR, and on 75 mg a day. It acts on both Serotonin and Norepinephrine, because it is classified as an "SNRI" = Selective Serotonin and Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitor.

I've never heard of this working on Dopamine? Who told you that? Your doctor?
