50mg isnt really that low..

I'm not really familiar with the problems of migrane etc, but for Efexor, your dose really isnt that low. I'm on 300mg now, but I started on just 37.5mg, which is less than your 50mg a day. But that was for depression/anxiety, so maybe its different for the probs you describe. xx
