The side effects you mention are likely to get worse at higher dosages. I made it up to 90 mg/day for a couple of months and 105 mg/day for about three weeks and decided that more was not the answer, as I was starting to feel worse (probably from excessive serotonin depleting dopamine, as can happen with the SSRIs).
However, even at 60 mg/day, you may have not attained a therapeutic dose. There is one school of thought that you need 1 mg/day of Nardil per kg of body weight to give the drug a fair trial. In my case this is 150 lb. divided by 2.2 lbs/kg = 68 mg/day. I did feel that 5 x 15 mg/day = 75 mg/day was a therapeutic amount for me. If I were going to stay on Nardil, this might be a good dosage to stick with, but I am convinced I need something more dopaminergic and am tapering off to go over to Parnate.
