any lexapro stories

ive recently started 10mg of lexapro and the last week and a half has been dream-like, full of depression, anxiety, and constant worry about nothing. if ne1 has any experience with lexapro and would like to tell me their experience please tell me. your time will be much appreciated. thank u very much
