It's important to know whether we're talking about depression or ADHD here. Ritalin expert Dr. Patrick Cosgrove thinks, in a nutshell, that ADHD is ALL about dopamine and that many ADHDs who are dejected from their disorder are misdiagnosed as depressive, and put on SSRI's which do little or nothing for them.
