I actually misread your original post. I thought you had rebound insomnia, not that you were just wondering if you would get it.
Seroquel taken at low doseages causes drowsiness because it is an antihistamine. Rebound insomnia caused by antihistamine withdrawl does happen, but it is something that only lasts for a few days & is extremely mild in comparison to Benzo withdrawl. You could decrease much faster if you want, 10% less every few days would be more than sufficient, although there is nothing wrong with taking longer if it makes you feel more comfortable. :)
