RITALIN-CRAVING

Does anyone crave that next 1 or more pill dose of IR ritalin?
Does anyone find that if waking early say 5-6am and they take their dose(mine melt in my mouth)that it produces a warming sensation in the brain,of comfort, that lets them sleep some hours longer?
What doses do you take?
