I am back on the same antidepressant again in the same dosage, I have heard things about the same dosage not working as well as it should. I'm back on paxil 40 mg which I was on for 4 years. I have only been on 40 mg dosage for less than a week, while I do feel better, I still have some ways to go with wanting to do things and such, Is there anything or anywhere someone can point me to in terms as the same dosage not working as well as it did in the past? I've asked my dr about them and the possibility of this he doesnt seem to think that I will have that problem. I was off paxil for a month trying to change to lexapro which didnt work for my system.
