Hear, hear. Effexor made a huge difference in my outlook and therapy has given me tools to help change my behaviours. Loving myself is the hardest thing I have ever undertaken, and I'm not there yet. For me it's not meds alone nor therapy alone, but both and even then it's not magic. It exhausts me how hard it is to pick myself up some days. Others are easier. I'm never certain of how I see myself, however. That is still a huge hurdle.
