Thanks all! My pdoc had augmented my Lexapro with Adderall to help problems related to fatigue and lethargy, with much initial success. After a few weeks, though, apparently the stimulation to norepinephrine (and dopamine) was getting too much and I started feeling overstimulated, irritable, etc. So, to counter, we've lowered the dosages of Adderall (from a total of 45mg to around 10mg, per day) and added 0.1mg Clonidine one to two times, per day.

I just started last night, so we'll see how it works. I do seem to feel a bit calmer already.

Anyone else gone through a similar situation? It was comforting to me to see the link/info re: Clonidine used w/Ritalin - seems to be a lot like my case.
