Apathy, lack of libido & fatigue could be side effects of Imipramine, but rapid weight loss certainly isn't. With Imipramine & a benzo combined, you are more likely to be constipated, gain weight, be hot & sweaty. If anxiety is your main problem, you would probably be better off with Amitriptyline or Clomipramine instead.

combo. And, a question for alternatives

Could be gastro-related after a gall bladder
