Excellent! you have kicked a benzo, and kicked your anxiety! I personally think that is great. I will be going to a sleep doc one of these days. Sleep is a major thing, if you can't get enough, you're a mess. kudos to you for your hard work Brian.
Chris> Actually... nothing. I found out that my anxiety was coming from untreated sleep apnea. I started using a CPAP back in January, and that along with exercise has made my persistent anxiety go away.
