Hi! I started 300 mg of Wellbutrin SR about 3 weeks ago. My doc didn't even have me start at the 150mg. The first week I was still taking 10mg of Lexapro every other day.
I have had no side effects whatsoever .... which seems really weird, so of course now I'm worried about that! The Wellbutrin is keeping me awake, motivated and focused, which the Lex didn't - I was so sleepy all the time. BUT, I'm starting to get weepy, depressed and have bad thoughts again!
Maybe the SR is significantly different than the XL? My doc preferred the SR for some reason.
