Yup, find another doctor. Also, I'd say don't use the terms "anxiety" or "OCD" because those are generally aggravated by stimulants. Read up on ADD. I do hear ADD sufferers describe what you describe. ADD diagnosis does not require a lot of tests, it is wise though to rule out other possible causes.
