FEELS AS IF MY BRAIN IS FRYED

I have a weird feeling... as if my brain is fryed as if its dying... i feel all dizzy and cock eyed ( i aint cock eyed) i just feel it.. feels as if i am losing my mind.. cant stand round waiting for my daughter to come out of school. i am scared the night time thing is worrying me also.. i dont want to have sleep apnea i dont beleive i have it.. if i went to the docs they say i havent got it.. my ears feel all full, i feel disorientated.. it feels as if i am wobbling when i walk wtf is wrong with me?
i currently on 30mg soltab remeron (alone)

thanks for letting me share this any advice? anyone in the same situation ?
