Hi, my pdoc just increased my Lexapro to 60mg a day for depression, anxiety, and OCD. But everyone responds to medications in a diffenent way. I was worried because I had read that the max. dose of Lexapro was 20mg and was suprised when my pdoc began upping the dosage to where I am now at 60mg. I think that the higher the dose the more side effects you probably incurr. Wish you the best.
