Only from personal experience, pseudoephedrine shouldn't cause any problems with Celexa. I started Celexa this past July 3rd and occasionally take Zyrtec-D for allergies and it contains pseudoephedrine as an ingredient. Do be careful about dextromethorphan (hopefully I spelled it right), which I believe is an active ingredient in many OTC cough/cold remedies. Combining the two (dextromethorphan + SSRI) could trigger the serotonin syndrome. Unless uncontrolled hypertension is an issue for you, pseudoephedrine should be "safe". Hope this helps.
