Anyone ever become tolerant to Adderall XR?

Hello everyone. So know that I know that Adderall is the stimulant for me, my biggest concern is that eventually my body will want more. I am taking 30 mg which is the recommended maximum.

Has anyone ever had Adderall XR stop working and needed to up the dose? It is my greatest fear.
