MT - Just a note about your post. A drop in effectiveness can occur with any med, not just Lex. Some people choose to up the dosage and see what that does, others will just change meds all together. Our bodies metabolize things differently and change over time due to circumstances beyond our control! That changes our reactions to various meds too.
Very good luck with therapy. Sometimes you have to be on a med to clear your head enough to allow the therapy to work & it sounds like that's what you've been able to do!
