hello there, chemist here...i have read you later posts and those of stalwart and glydin as well...in my opinion, you need a little bit of time to get used to the klonopin, and your last post that indicated that a reduced dose seemed better is a good sign. xanax is quite good for breakthrough anxiety/panic, but if you can get up to speed on klonopin, you will find that you will more than likely need to use xanax less often as you do now. klonopin will build up in your system and keep your daily anxiety under control in a more even fashion than acute dosing with xanax will. fyi, the doses you are taking are quite low, and additive: you ought to take it slow as you are doing, in my opinion. the klonopin drowsiness ought to go away as your system gets used to it. all the best, chemist
