no effexor taper

Pdoc says there is no need to taper off of effexor at 75mg since I've only been on it a few months. I expressed my concern from this site and she still said there was no need. 150mg of Wellbutrin is the new trial...Anyone else gone from effexor to wellbutrin with ease. Thanx!
