Usually, this is contraindicated because of the enzyme interactions between the regular SSRIs and tricyclics. Since the SSRIs (particularly Prozac and Paxil) inhibit the CYP-450 2D6 enzyme that metabolizes the tricyclics, you can wind up with blood plasma levels of the tricyclic that are much too high.

Celexa only inhibits the 2D6 enzyme minimally, so it would be a better choice than the other SSRIs, but the question still remains as to why one would do this. You would be taking two SSRIs at once (Anafranil is the lone tricyclic that is also an SSRI), and this does not seem particularly wise to me. I think there might be at least a small risk of experiencing serotonin syndrome, and if one is trying to counteract side effects of one drug with the other, there are alternative and safer ways to do it.
