Yes i'm assuming you mean you become more hesitant to add things in social conversation...I know i'm naturally like that, but I have never had a problem with STUTERRING or trouble pronouncing words...I often practice by myself, trying to pronounce words I can't seem to pronounce anymore...If I say it twice I can pronounce it..but then after a while i'll stutter it awkwardly again. It's really frustrating.
