Hi Maxime.

Klonopin (clonazepam) can certainly cause someone's depression to get worse. However, it is probably a minority of people who experience this. It made me feel worse several times. I am not sure about the cause and effect, but Klonopin is unique among the benzodiazepines in the way it affects serotonin. I think a worsening of depression due to Klonopin is a possibility worth taking a look at. You might be better off with Ativan (lorazepam).
