Nightmares that r vivid-On prozac

I am having crazy nightmares that seem real when i wake up.I am very depressed right now.I have been on 40mg prozac almost a week now.20mg of prozac for 5 before that.I take .5 klonopin when needed.I just started taking bextra(antiflammtory) and Uroxatral(beta-blocker) for prostatitis.I keep obessing about my burning urethra.I dont wont to leave my room.I am becoming very miserable.I dont feel like eating or talking to anyone.When will this end?
