Provigil is listed as a Schedule IV med like Xanax, but it seems to have little potential for addiction. Strattera can be terrific for ADD. Since you are only at the one week mark, it is quite possible that the fatigue will diminish on its own. On the other hand, there are pdocs who think that Strattera and Provigil work together synergistically for ADD. I don't know whether there have been any studies that showed added benefit when these meds are used together, but you might ask your doctor about it. Hang in there, and good luck!
