Sebastian, you and I have had the conversation before and I appreciate your ideas. I did get some Ativan this time so I don't freak out this time. I only want to take it short term, but will go long term if necessary. I am real curious if I get the flulike symptoms that I got last time. I went from 5 to 2.5 last night and I am gonna probably go to 0 next week. God, I hope this works. I just want my brain back.

> I've been taking zyprexa for 5 years. I always have a hard time stoping. But what does work is to take a lower dose. I started on 15 mg, went to 10 for a long time, now on 7.5. And it varies, I've been on 5 and 2.5. I would try a smallar dose, you can even cut the pills, like a 2.5 mg pill in half. That help a lot with withdraw problems. Small decreases.
