I was taking about 3 mg a day of Ativan for about 10 years. The only thing I was abusing is the alcohol. The only reticence I have about going back on the Ativan is that I feel it may be semipermanent because I don't want to go through withdrawals from it again. Having said that, I just feel that something has to be done because I can't work or do anything in my current state. the last two times I tried to stop Zyprexa I had some bad withdrawals as well. However, I think if I am on the Ativan then that may not be the case. Thanks for your reply earlier.
