I'd a bit worried about the Captopril, since you take aspirin daily--whether that is a real issue or not I really don't know!
I think 10 mg. immediate release Nifedipine may still be the best choice of limited options for emergency self-treatment. It appears to be safer to swallow a whole capsule (which should start working in as little as 5 minutes) than to break it. I'd add 1 mg of lorazapam since anxiety is definitely going to be raising the bp as well!
