Nortriptyline significantly enhanched (brought it a little more towards normality) cognition in me. But everyone is different. For example, Amitriptyline produces just mild to no dry mouth for me, while others complained about a dust dry mount...
Nortriptyline absolutely has not the cognitive difficulties like the SSRIs are causing for me. This stuff is useful and pleasant.
