Mine have been steadily increasing since last year when I added provigil and have taken a big jump when I started strattera. (300+)That is my trig # not the stattera dosage! which was 25mg. I have quit taking it for several reasons so will retest in a month. Other maintenance meds are prozac and buspar. All my other lipid levels are great. Low cholesterol and high HDL, glucose good at 80. I am adopted so don't know genetics.

Yes, I know about remeron, ect. I have quit the stratterra as it seemed to be making this exercise in the heat intolerance I have developed in the past couple of years worse. sigh. I am getting the levels checked again soon and will let you know. Maybe you have some more info about these meds making it hard to breathe in the hot weather during exertion. It started with more extreme exertion but now it seems like not much will make it hard to breathe. Cardiac echo and EKG all normal.
Thanks again!!Donna
