Remember we all respond to these meds in different ways.... YMMV! Maybe this will help.

I started at 5mg, had very rough first 2 weeks. Went to 10mg week 5 after experiencing increased depression and anxiety attacks. Went to 20mg month 5 after feeling a return of depression/anxiety and worsened PMS. Went to 30mg month 14 when the same happened again.
