The problem is, these panic attacks just feel different from "regular" ones. I haven't had panic attacks in a long time, but the stress from the stuff I'm going through now has been making my anxiety and depression go through the roof! Fortunately, I have 2 nurses in my office, and I was advised to maybe drop down to 2.5 mg until I could get to my doctor, then see what happens then. I guess I can handle that, but it's still tempting just to drop altogether! Grrr...

It's a shame we have to take drugs to get us on and off other drugs. I'm sure there's a better way to do it, I just don't know what it is :-). BUT if depression is hurting you, the struggle to get your brain chemistry on the right track just may be worth it!
