Hmmm. I've been getting a similar feeling that I call "head fuzziness" for a long time (even before starting zoloft". I describe it as like having a head full of cotten, a half filled balloon pushing against the interior surface of your skull, or sometimes wearing a tight hat when you're not. I also tend to get spots in my vision and a feeling of being under mental strain lately.

Make sure you're getting adaquate sleep and eating enough. That seems to help me a great deal.
