Has anyone found Effexor to be be more effective than Prozac for depression/anxiety? I have been on Prozac for 5 years 40mg/day and it seems to be less effective now than it used to be. What about taking Effexor as an augment to Prozac? (I don't want to take Wellbutrin.)
