I have had horrible pms. I tried everything - diet, exercise, herbs and vitamins. Nothing worked. I was still shaking and crying so I too got on Lexapro 10 mg. It has helped, but I just got put on topamax too. I find it is helping too. I just can't function without meds. Sometimes, doctors say to increase the antidepressant during that time to help. It does.
